Model limitations

A useful model should say what it cannot know.

Styrvia helps you test consequences and sensitivity, not certainty.

Early Access limitations: these limitations describe the Personal model available in Early Access. They remain part of the product while Early Access continues.

Inputs and assumptions

Results depend on the balances, dates and assumptions you enter. Styrvia does not independently verify them or infer lender-specific fees, refinancing behaviour or contractual repricing rules.

Tax and legal detail

Tax is for planning, not tax filing or legal advice. Rules vary by person, country, account, instrument and timing, so check material tax assumptions separately.

Tax-aware automation is planned. It may add country-specific help, but the assumptions will remain visible.

Stress testing is not prediction

Market simulation and Past-market test are not forecasts. They test the plan against simulated or historical market conditions; neither predicts what markets will do next.

Investment risk is simplified in Styrvia Personal

Personal Early Access uses broad risk categories. Two investments in the same category can still behave differently, so the simulation may overstate or understate a specific holding’s risk.

Reference data has limits

Reference data can be revised or delayed, and different sources may use different methods. Forward inflation, return and property-growth assumptions remain user-set.

Future FX paths are planned

Current Personal converts foreign-currency amounts using the FX rates in the plan. Dated appreciation, depreciation and exchange-rate shocks are planned.

Your device still needs protection

Your browser copy is not a cloud backup. Use encrypted .styrvia Save / Save As for backup and transfer, and keep the file and passphrase safe.

Housing history is national and coverage varies

Past-market housing data is national, so it can differ materially from a city, neighbourhood or property type. Coverage varies by country. If required years are missing for a sale, that historical starting window is excluded rather than filled with assumed growth.
